The development forms part of the Broadgate Estates complex in the City, and comprises 3 buildings. Phase 1 and Phase 2 are now complete. Staff at Manhire Associates have been working on the development since 1996, with Phase 1 completed in 2000. Gensler were appointed as Phase 1 Architects. Phase 2 is 12 storeys, with 2 levels of basement and offers over 24,000 square metres of office space. Manhire Associates worked closely with SOM, and Ove Arup & Partners in New York, together with Hilson Moran in London.
The buildings are of steel frame construction with braced cores. The floor construction is integrated, with cellular beams, giving large column free office spaces.
