Situated on the corner of Brighton Road and Maple Road in Surbiton, the refurbishment of this landmark building in Surbiton involved opening up of the ground floor as well as the construction of a 3 storey extension at the rear.
Condition surveys were undertaken and permanent and temporary works proposals were developed closely in conjunction with the Architect and the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames. The clock tower remains a prominent feature in the Surbiton townscape.
