The Kew Riverside development is set in 28 acres overlooking the Thames, providing over 800 apartments and townhouses. This award winning development was formerly a sewage treatment works, and the site was remediated, together with sewer diversion works, before work commenced on Phase 1 in 1999.
The apartment buildings are of reinforced concrete construction, with the townhouses of traditional load bearing masonry construction.
