The development forms part of the £2 billion regeneration of the King's Cross area of London, and is situated on Copenhagen Street, Islington. The buildings are configured around a central courtyard with external walkways and link bridges.
The basement car park is arranged to avoid transfer structures, with 7 storeys of reinforced concrete frame construction above providing 124 apartments over retail and commercial spaces. The development also contains a library and a community hall.
The external elevations are distinct, with a free standing 3 storey curved wall.
