The development comprises both serviced apartments and private apartments, 144 in total in 4 buildings located on Commercial Road, London.
The 17 and 13 storey buildings on Commercial Road provide 122 serviced apartments as well as retail and office/meeting space.
The site was of archeological interest which affected the construction of the piled basement and the works were phased around the investigations. The buildings are of reinforced concrete, with 200 thick flat slabs carefully designed to control deflections in the long term.
