Planning permission was granted in January 2001 for the 251 bed development next to the Terminal Building. The building is arranged in two wings and is founded on 'Karstic' limestone. Manhire Associates Geo-Environmental team undertook investigations on site to assess risks in the ground, particularly 'swallow' holes or 'di-solution features'. Investigations were sequenced to avoid disruption to the Airport and Manhire Associates worked closely with the Airport team. The Lynxs development, managed by L'Etoile Developments is designed by EPR as project architects with Applied Energy as Mechanical & Electrical engineers & Edmond Shipway as Cost Consultants.      Ransome's Dock Planning permission was recently granted to Curatus by Wandsworth Council for the development of Ransome’s Dock.  Adjacent to the River Thames and close to Battersea Park, the development consists of 158 apartments over 3350 sq. m of commercial space set aside for cafes, restaurants, shops and business units over a single storey basement car park. The development completes SW11’s section of the Thames Walkway.
