Planning permission was recently granted to Curatus by Wandsworth Council for the development of Ransome’s Dock.
Adjacent to the River Thames and close to Battersea Park, the development consists of 158 apartments over 3350 sq. m of commercial space set aside for cafes, restaurants, shops and business units over a single storey basement car park.
The development completes SW11’s section of the Thames Walkway.
