The site is situated on Victoria Road, Surbiton and forms part of a major redevelopment of the old post office & sorting depot. The development consists of a series of buildings to be built in 2 phases. Phase 1 of the development provides 46 apartments, retail and commercial space as well as a doctor’s surgery. Part of the existing Post Office is retained, with a new 7 storey building, courtyard and 3 storey townhouses built over a basement car park.
