The 1.3 acre “Woodlands” site is situated in Linford Wood, Milton Keynes.
The development is phased, with phase 1 consisting of five office buildings of three and four storeys providing over 145,000 sq ft of floor space.
The buildings are of steel framed design with composite concrete and steel decking
The surface water drainage system was carefully designed so that the roof drainage discharges into a pond, to help maintain the local wildlife habitat.
The civil engineering proposals were developed in conjunction with the EA and Defra.
This project is now complete.
