Colin leads the Finance department and is the company Finance Director. With over 30 years experience in banking, Colin’s experience gives him a unique insight into the needs and requirements of organisations and financial services. Building excellent relationships with our clients is extremely important to Colin, and a keen sense of humour coupled with an outgoing personality are key aspects of Colin’s formidable, ‘larger than life’ character.

Having previously spent over 30 years in Banking at senior level, Colin has been influential in the growth of the company since joining shortly after the company began trading in 1999.

Colin’s role involves overseeing the Finance Team and monitoring business performance and cash flow as well as working with project teams to help better manage workflow. His role is ‘hands-on’ and his advice and insight helps our teams manage the commercial aspects of engineering which helps both the company and our clients. Colin if focused on raising awareness, helping both our teams and our clients appreciate where we add value.   

As well as being responsible for financial operations, the financial governance of the business and strategic planning, Colin takes an active role in Human Resources. He is passionate that our staff progress within the business. He takes a keen interest in the well being of staff and takes an active role in team building and other company events and in particular the company Christmas celebrations.
