Training

The company is committed to training and supports staff to realize their potential. Staff really appreciate that Continuing Professional Development activities are monitored by the company and Manhire Associates support people in a number of ways from circulating details of external seminars and CPD events, distributing topical articles and other relevant ‘structured reading’, as well as holding internal workshops and seminars.

We arrange Webinars and staff attend External Seminars. The company assists with Distance Learning and sponsors Post Graduate Study on specialist courses such as the MSc/DIC course in Concrete Structures at Imperial College.

Knowledge and expertise is shared across the business in a variety of ways.

As part of our commitment to training and development, the company has developed programs specifically for graduates and under-graduates:

Training needs are discussed in Staff Reviews which are held every 6 months to help develop the potential of staff.
