David is an accomplished civil engineering professional specialising in civil infrastructure, drainage design, flood risk assessment, utility coordination, planning support and technical due diligence. He has successfully delivered complex infrastructure projects across a diverse range of sectors, providing leadership, technical excellence and commercial awareness throughout all stages of project delivery.

David has extensive experience leading projects from feasibility and planning stages through detailed design, approvals, procurement and construction support. His ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams ensures robust, efficient and compliant engineering solutions that meet client, stakeholder and regulatory requirements.

David joined Manhire Associates in 2026 to oversee and lead the Civil Engineering Team, providing strategic direction, technical leadership and mentoring support while driving the continued growth and excellence of the civil engineering service offering.
