Kevin Neighbour

Kevin is a Structural Engineer with 20 years of design experience in the Commercial, Institutional and Technological sectors. He joined Manhire Associates as an Associate Director and his role involves leading projects, problem solving and providing leadership and direction to staff.

Kevin has a particular interest in 3D modelling, analysis and design of building structures. He is able to work with all the major materials and is experienced with the design of permanent and temporary works, including basements, new builds and refurbishments.

Kevin has contributed to the successful delivery of a number of significant projects both in the UK and internally - notably a new 60 Megawatt Data Centre for a major Tech client.

He also holds experience in successfully gaining third party approvals from local authorities and party wall approvals. Kevin has previously held positions with Sweco UK, Watermans and TPS.

In his spare time Kevin enjoys music, sports and martial arts.
